Working from Home

I am a medical transcriptionist and have been doing this at home for about 10 years. It is a wonderful career for me as I worked in a busy hectic job for 25 years and now consider this my retirement job! I wanted to pass this information along to anyone who might want to consider this. If you don't have experience in medical transcription there is a course you can take at Career Step that is recommended by my company, eTransPlus. You can click on this link for further information. http://www.mttest.com/cobrandinfo.php?company=etransplus1&name=etransplus

My friend's daughter took the course and she completed in about 6-8 months and now is employed on her first job and she loves it. She is a young mother of 2 and a stay at home mom. The course costs about $1600 and it is very comprehensive. They will also place you at the end of the course for slightly more money. This is a good field to get into as there is a shortage of medical transcriptionists and you can pretty much set your own hours and you get paid by the line usually so if you are aggressive you can make very good money and if you just want to work a little, that is your choice. If anyone decides to do this course, please mention that I referred you to them. If you have any questions, please do email me at jsgreer@newwavecomm.net.
Have a great day!

Graceful Rose Newest Additions!

Hello everyone! I have been so busy preparing new items for the website! I wanted to give everyone a preview of some of these new items. Here is a sample.

Happy Fall Everyone!

Well it's been a while since I had a chance to blog. I have been so busy with the fall craft shows and preparing new items for my website! I hope this finds you all well. I wanted to tell you about the craft show and show you some pictures. Our first show was at Constitution Square in Danville, Kentucky on September 19th, 20th and 21st. The weather was absolutely gorgeous and this brought out a lot of people! We sold pretty good, although the hurricane brought gas prices way up over $4 a gallon and 2 major banks failed about 2 days before our show and I think that may have had a little impact on our sales. We did all right though and we have such a good time that we didn't mind. We gave out tons of cards to advertise our websites, that is my friend Katherine at http://www.thecountrywoodshed.com/ and mine of course, http://www.gracefulrose.com/. Here are some pictures of our booth.
Our next show is October 11th in Lexington, Kentucky, a 1 day show. That one is a very good show and I hope we do well. Even if we don't we have fun! We love it!
